Poggio dei Pini is a residential estate located in the district of Capoterra. The estate is composed of detached houses set in large gardens surrounded by woodland and offers a very comfortable way of life. People who love nature, animals and sport have chosen to make this estate their year-round home. The facilities offered by the city of Cagliari are only 15 minutes away by car. The estate has good sports facility with a club house, football pitch, 5-a-side Astroturf pitch, tennis courts and a gym equipped for basketball and volleyball.
